We can accept smaller files up to 5MB by email, files over 5MB can be uploaded via our FTP site, or you can send us your files by mail. Please fill out a Job Order Form before sending any files.

Create Your Artwork in an Acceptable Software Program
Corel Draw • Macromedia Freehand • Adobe Illustrator
Quark XPress • Adobe PageMaker • Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop (picture files only)
Please leave the files in their native format. DO NOT convert from the original program to another as this may cause problems with the output of your files.

Include All Support Files With Your Art File
Always include all EPS and TIFF files used in creating your document. Always keep a copy of your files. DO NOT send in the original.

Compress Multi-Part Files
All Multiple part files sent via e-mail should be compressed using Stuffit (MAC) or WinZip (PC) prior to sending. DO NOT send Stuffit files in the StuffitX (SITX) format, use only Stuffit (SIT) format.

Include All Typefaces Used In Your Design
Send all screen AND printer fonts when using Type l fonts. Truetype (TTF) and OpenType (OTF) fonts exist as one file so only that file is needed. To avoid font errors, text can also be converted to paths, curves or outlines on your final artwork before sending.

When Mailing Your Artwork, Save Files to One of the Following Mac or PC Formatted File Storage Options
1.44 MB 3-1/2" Floppy Disc
100 or 250 MB Iomega Zip Disc
650 or 700 MB Recordable CD-ROM
4GB recordable DVD (PC Format only)
NO rewriteable CDs or DVDs. When burning a CD or DVD on a MAC, only use the HFS file system, not UDF/ISO9660 as important font information will not be retained. DO NOT USE PC formatted discs on a MAC, this will prevent important MAC OS file information from being transferred, format as MAC first. 3-1/2" floppies will not be returned unless specifically requested.

Always Include a Hardcopy of Your Label Design
It is imperative that you include a hardcopy of the artwork as well as any special instructions with all electronic files.

Hard copy can be faxed to 518-465-5781 or can be included with the art files as an exported/distilled PDF or JPG.
